Arconsat (French pronunciation: [aʁkɔ̃sa]; Occitan: Riconçac) is a commune in the Puy-de-Dôme department in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes in central France. It also qualifies itself as "World home of the Saucisse de choux d'Arconsat".
