Basilika Santa Sabina (bahasa Latin: Basilica Sanctae Sabinae, bahasa Italia: Basilica di Santa Sabina all'Aventino) adalah sebuah gereja bersejarah di Lembah Aventine di Roma, Italia.
Santa Sabina dibangun oleh Petrus dari Illyria, seorang pendeta Dalmatian, antara 422 dan 432[1] dekat kuil Juno di Lembah Aventine di Roma.
